1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a shipment, requesting a quote, or otherwise using ShipNovaLL services, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

ShipNovaLL provides logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and tracking services. Specific service levels, transit times, and pricing are confirmed in writing per shipment or contract.

3. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper declaration, perishables without approval, currency, firearms, or items restricted by applicable law. Misdeclaration may result in seizure and full liability remains with the Customer.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment up to the coverage level selected at booking. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Payments

Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking IDs are unique to each shipment and may be shared with authorized recipients. Status updates are estimates and may change due to operational factors outside our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service for material breach with written notice. Outstanding shipments will be completed under these terms unless mutually agreed otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting ShipNovaLL entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
